The Add-on services are only available if you’re booking a Tour with us. Please inform us of your intention to book an add-on service either at the time of booking a tour (in the Add-on requisition form) or via email at a later stage. After we receive your requisition we’ll check for availability and reply with an Invoice via email . You’ll have to make a deposit as per the Payment Policy to confirm your booking with us.

Accommodation is in double/twin bedded AC rooms of a "Mid-range" Hotel with Breakfast (with satellite TV, tea/coffee maker and wi-fi Internet access) & Airport/Station pick-up & drop. Check-in time is 1300 hrs & Check-out time is 1200 hrs.

Meet & Greet Add-on

You’ll be received at the New Delhi Airport/train station on your arrival and transferred to the Hotel . On the day of commencement of tour you’ll be transferred from your Hotel to the Airport/train station or “Starting point” of the tour. Transfers by an AC Car/MUV/Bus.

Farewell Add-on

At the end of your tour you’ll be received at the New Delhi Airport/train station or “End Point” of the tour and transferred to your Hotel . At the end of your stay you’ll be transferred from your Hotel to the Airport/train station for your departure from New Delhi. Transfers by an AC Car/MUV/Bus.

It can sometimes be a harrowing experience to arrive in a city like New Delhi (specially in the early/late hours) and hailing a taxi to the heart of the city or finding suitable accommodation specially for someone visiting India for the first time. We’ve heard countless stories of unwary travelers finding it hard to make their way to their choice of hotel without being pestered by touts outside Airports/Railway Stations. These “agents” (mostly the taxi drivers themselves) use varying degrees of “persuasion”, from “intimidating” to outright “bullying”, to convince you to go to their choice of hotel where you’ll undoubtedly end up paying a tariff more than what its worth. Well, for some travelers, all this is a challenge they love taking. But if you’re not one of them and want to arrive or depart to/from New Delhi (where all our tours begin & end) without a hassle, we have made available the following two add-ons for the participants of our tours. In our honest opinion most accommodation options in New Delhi , specially in the budget to mid-range category, are a “rip off”. That’s why we’ve selected a few mid-range hotels worthy of their tariff which are located within reach but away from the “chaos & madness” of downtown Delhi.

Single Accommodation is subject to availability. On the Himalayan Tours, it cannot be guaranteed at locations where we stay in "tented camps" as the availability of such accommodation is scarce during the high season.

Twin Share -You shall be sharing a double bedded room or a room with twin beds with either your companion (rider, pillion or passenger) or another member of the tour of the same sex. Any Twin-share Add-on booking is accepted only on the understanding that if no roommate is available then a Single Add-on price shall be applicable and any difference shall be payable by the participant.

The Meet & Greet and Farewell Add-ons are available if your arrival/departure at/from New Delhi is immediately preceding/after the tour you choose to join.

Your accommodation will be booked for the chosen number of nights immediately prior to/after the date of commencement/end of chosen tour. Since the Check-in & check-out time is 12 noon, please note that if your arrival/departure is in the early/late hours of the day the room(s) shall have to be reserved for the previous/next day as well.
