Just send us a Booking Enquiry via email indicating carefully your choice of Tour & the date of its commencement. We’ll check for availability & your eligibility and reply with a Tour registration form via email. Once you’ve returned the completed registration form we’ll send you an email with an Invoice detailing the total amount payable for your booking with us. You will then have to proceed to make payments for your booking as per the Payment Policy (below).

Currently, we offer only one method for making payments to confirm your bookings with us.

BANK TELEGRAPHIC (WIRE) TRANSFER: This is our preferred option because its safe, transparent & cheap. Transfer of funds takes place from your bank account directly to our bank account.

PLEASE NOTE: In the event of a cancellation (except when a tour is cancelled by us) the bank/financial institutions or payment gateway charges for transfer of refunds shall be borne by the participants.

The price of the tour is per person on the basis of twin-share accommodation. If you don’t want to share a room you can purchase a single accommodation add-on. Single Accommodation is subject to availability. On the Himalayan Tours, it cannot be guaranteed at locations where we stay in "tented camps" as the availability of such accommodation is scarce during the high season.

However, an unaccompanied participant’s booking is accepted only on the understanding that if no roommate is available, the participant accepts that a single accommodation price be charged over and above the tour price.

Unless the participant is traveling with his/her own companion as specified in his/her registration form, Twin-share occupancy shall imply two participants of the same sex sharing a double bedded room or a room with twin beds.

We reserve the right to impose a “single accommodation” price on a participant, like a minor participant or an unaccompanied participant, if he/she cannot be accommodated with another member of the tour due to any reason(s).
